With a view of the Ritz-Carlton's lovely pool and gardens, this restaurant is hardly your typical poolside snack bar. Snappers invents mouthwatering recipes for new ways to enjoy fresh seafood -- the menu is ever-changing. The grilled halibut with artichoke is served with potato confit, rocket salad, and marinated octopus. If the a la carte menu doesn't have what you're looking for, you can have your choice of live seafood prepared to your specs. A couple of meat dishes include grilled black angus beef tenderloin with petit farcis, spring onion, and dried tomato vinaigrette. This is one of the city's top choices for delicious dining with a terrific wine list and impeccable service. You won't be disappointed.
