For those who dare, the Teahouse is a terrific place for dim sum served in traditional style. The coffee-shop atmosphere is as loud and chaotic as you'd imagine a Chinese eatery should be, but the dim sum is served in the authentic style, by waitstaff who push carts around to each table. If you ask, they will tell you what is inside each dumpling and bun and identify each meat treat. Baskets of goodies are slammed on the table as soon as you can wink, so make sure you get only what you order. But the dishes are mouthwatering. My tip: Arrive at the very beginning of meal time so you can get waitress's attention and spend less time shouting over the munching hoard.
