Commanding an awe-inspiring view of Orchard Road from its 24th-floor perch, BLU represents the best in stylish dining. A perfect spot for a get-together or a little quiet self-indulgence, the restaurant is decorated with modern glass sculptures by Danny Lane, Philippe Starck table lamps, fiber optics on the glass bar and floor, and Wedgwood table settings. With new Michelin-starred chef de cuisine Robin Zavou onboard, expect mind-blowing signature dishes such as pan-fried foie gras with vanilla apples and black truffle, scallops with cauliflower mousse and spiced carrot sauce, filet of beef with onion ice-cream, as well as ginger parfait with green tea and peppermint jelly. The wine list is extensive with over 200 sparkling, white, red, and dessert wines, including rare and vintage wines. Jazz performances are Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 11:15pm and Friday and Saturday from 9pm to 12:30am.
