If KU DÉ TA has the best view gazing down at the city, then Orgo has the best view gazing up at it. On the fourth-story roof of The Esplanade-Theatres on the Bay, this al fresco lounge has outstanding views. Cocktails are interesting, with some organic selections and some that incorporate unusual ingredients like chili and rose. In my opinion, Orgo's Singapore Sling, made entirely from fresh ingredients, save the gin, is better than The Long Bar's, and at S$20, it's cheaper, too. Orgo also has a dinner menu featuring mainly French food with some tapas selections. Open daily 5pm to 2am. Happy hour daily 5 to 8pm.
