This is really the only true jazz bar in Singapore. Most other "jazz" joints mix in a bit of blues and rock to attract a wider audience. But owner Eddie Chan wouldn't allow such a thing! The resident band is fun and very good. The place gets crowded and smoky, but people are friendly, especially if you want to talk about music. When visiting performers play, a door cover is charged. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 5:30pm until 1am (sometimes later).
