Frommer's Review
This is one of the most enduring restaurants in Christiansted. It's concealed from the street by the brick foundations of an 18th-century planter's town house. You enter through a low stone tunnel and eventually end up near the bar and the courtyard that contains many of its tables. The food, though not overly fancy, is plentiful, full of flavor, and reasonably priced. The best items include the catch of the day and regional dishes such as conch, beef filet, and pasta. The island's best fresh lobster pasta is served here. On our most recent visit, we enjoyed the grilled fish with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted garlic butter, and fettuccine with sliced prime rib.
