This is an all-around good choice for breakfast or lunch while you explore the shops and attractions of Christiansted. One of the town's best breakfasts is served here, as patronage by locals reveal. Their omelets and pancakes are rib-sticking fare and full of flavor. Lunch options include "Kahuna burgers" and tuna sandwiches, but you can also find more creative offerings, including tofu with sautéed vegetables or fresh yellowfin tuna. Vegetarians rejoice for the veggie or soy burgers along with freshly made salads and a variety of protein-enriched fruit smoothies. The staff will also pack you a boxed lunch for your tour of the island or all-day sailing adventure. The cafe also serves as something of a small art gallery, displaying paintings by Caribbean artists. Many of the works are for sale.
