Frommer's Review
This open-air restaurant sits right on the boardwalk and offers some fabulous views to accompany the excellent dining. The ambience is purely Caribbean -- the sound of waves in the background can put even the tensest of people at ease. Sunday brunch is even accompanied by a steel-pan band. Excellent choices here include the New York strip steak; the fresh, broiled whole lobster; the Caribbean pork tenderloin served with a grilled banana; and one of the house specials, baby back ribs slow-cooked in island spices and Guinness. The younger vacationers can pick from the children's menu.
