Built on the foundation stones of the original plantation house of Cap Estate, this restaurant lies under a canopy of cedar trees. The inviting ambience extends to the formal dining room, which opens onto a tranquil patio overlooking the sea. French cuisine is served here with Caribbean flair. The service, food, and wine are first rate. The menu is adjusted frequently to take advantage of the freshest ingredients.
