In the center of the heavily built-up Rodney Bay Village, Coco Palm is affordable chic. It's the latest creation of Caribbean guru, Allen Chastanet, who co-founded the Island Outpost group that also operates Coco Kreole . Rooms are spread across a three-story building in candy colors. The special feature here is seven "swim-up rooms," where testing the waters means simply stepping from your terrace onto the hotel's serpentine pool. The bedrooms and suites are decorated with plantation-style furniture, local paintings, and glass-walled showers. The top floor suites open onto roof decks with views of the village restaurants.
