Set in a simple house near the Coco Reef Resort and the airport, this restaurant is run by one of Tobago's leading operators of a deep-sea-fishing boat. Consequently, the fish is sure to be fresh. There's both an indoor, air-conditioned room with framed memorabilia of the island's tradition of steel-pan music, and an outdoor terrace with views over the garden. Menu items include fresh snapper with lemon-butter sauce; tenderloin steak with a spinach-bacon ragout; pan-fried or grilled shrimp served with grilled Parmesan polenta, basmati rice, and a tomato/basil sauce; curried shrimp in coconut sauce and mango chutney; and a lobster crepe with white-wine sauce and fresh herbs.
