Frommer's Review
This combination restaurant and hotel is one of Tobago's best values. An inn of charm and grace, it is close to the airport and surrounded by attractively landscaped gardens. If you stay here, you'll be just a short drive from some of the island's best sandy beaches. The staff is helpful in directing you. Bedrooms are done in a modern style with comfortable though streamlined furniture; rooms come in various shapes and sizes, each with a queen-size or two twins and a small but efficiently organized private bathroom with shower. The hotel offers an option of well-furnished bedrooms with tiled shower bathrooms. The cluster of rooms facing the garden is more secluded, but even so, many guests prefer the cabanas around the pool. Teak furnishings predominate in the bedrooms. On-site Bonkers is one of the most frequented restaurants and bars in Tobago. Live entertainment is presented about 4 nights a week, and savory regional fare includes the likes of sweet curried lamb or sizzling blackened shrimp.
