Frommer's Review
This private collection consists of more than 3,000 kites, mainly Japanese, all jam-packed in a few small rooms you can tour in about 30 minutes. They range from miniature kites the size of postage stamps to kites dating from the Taisho Period, some ornately decorated with Kabuki stars, samurai, and animals. There are even hand-painted kites by ukiyo-e master Hiroshige.
