In this basement full of cheap restaurants, called Ginza Palmy, walk all the way to the back (away from Harumi Dori) to this very inexpensive sushi bar, popular with area office workers. It has an exceptionally long counter, which makes it a good choice if you're looking for an empty seat during the noon-to-1pm rush (a branch of the same restaurant lies catty-corner). A counter outside displays set meals. The ¥893 ($8.50) set lunch includes soup, sushi, Japanese pickles, and tea.
