Located on a top floor of Takashimaya Times Square with good views eastward over Shinjuku Gyoen park, this restaurant specializes in dishes that include tofu and yuba (filmy sheets of soy milk curd -- much better than it sounds!), along with ingredients from Kyoto. In addition to set meals with tofu or yuba (shown in a plastic display case), more elaborate kaiseki meals are available all day for ¥4,620 to ¥7,980 ($44-$76).
