Don't miss the sixth-floor variety goods department, filled with an amazing amount of Japanese and American kitsch, party goods (including some weird costumes), and cellphone straps and charms. If you've yearned for a bank in the shape of a toilet, this is the place for you. There's a branch in Ikebukuro's Seibu. Open daily 10am to 9pm.
