Sure, this is the middle of the desert, but there's only so much beef you can eat on a week's vacation. If you've had enough steak to start your own ranch and are craving a nice bouillabaisse, this is a good choice. Adopting a sort of New Orleans styling, Bluefin is a sister restaurant to the ever-popular and always-reliable Kingfisher in central Tucson. The menu is extensive; in addition to that bouillabaisse, you can get simply prepared grilled fish served with a choice of sauces. Personally, I go for the rock shrimp-chipotle salsa.
