I know that desert hiking and French food go together about as well as the Eiffel Tower and enchiladas, but if you've been out hiking in Sabino Canyon all morning and you're starving, you don't have a whole lot of decent choices near the canyon. That's why Le Delice is such a delicious option. You can duck in for a pastry or a quick pick from the to-go case, or you can sit down and savor a classic quiche Lorraine, salad Lyonnaise, or steak frite. If its dinner time, you might want to pull on a clean shirt and change out of your hiking boots before dining on sweetbreads, coq au vin, or duck a l'orange.
