This place doesn't go overboard on the atmosphere (it's perfectly pleasant), and you won't find better noodles anywhere in Victoria. The kitchen is glassed in so you can watch the chefs spinning out noodles. Lunch specials -- which feature different fresh seafood every day -- are good and cheap, so expect a line of locals at the door. If you miss the specials, noodle soups, chow mein, and other dishes are also quick, delicious, and inexpensive. Dinner is pricier.
