The Bay Centre is named after its new anchor store, Hudson's Bay Company. Canada's oldest department store sells everything from housewares to cosmetics and the classic (and expensive) Hudson's Bay woolen point blankets. The store also has a large china and crystal department. The rest of the complex houses a full shopping mall disguised as a block of heritage buildings.
