If you're used to the luxuries of the Hyatt brand, you might be a little disappointed here. Nevertheless it still remains the five-star hotel with the best location, and 2004 renovations have yet to show their age. If you stay here, try to upgrade to the executive rooms, which include free entrance to a quiet ninth-floor lounge with Wi-Fi.
