Xining Home Inn offers the brand's usual easy-to-spot mauve and yellow exterior and small, basic, comfortable, and characterless rooms on the inside. Some rooms have computers, others have air-conditioning, both of which you pay an extra ¥20 for; it's not worth paying for air-conditioning as Xining is seldom hot. Rooms at the back are quieter.
