I admit it: I'm a sucker for fish and chips, and I've sampled this simple fare from Astoria to Brookings. The fish and chips at this tiny roadside hole in the wall are the best I've had in a long time. Why? Well, it could be because the owners of the restaurant have a commercial fishing boat and serve fish so fresh you'd have to catch it yourself if you wanted it any fresher. For the ultimate, get the combo, which includes halibut, albacore, and salmon. Breakfasts at Luna Sea are also seafood-centric with seafood Benedict, salmon hash, and a seafood omelet.
