This elegantly decorated, air-conditioned restaurant is known for its fish, often made with a regionally inspired twist. Specialties include vegetable flan, braised oxtail, Zamora-style clams, and a delectable hake. Dishes change with the seasons. Most critics rate this restaurant number one in town, even though the staff, though well meaning, isn't always the most attentive.
