This elegantly decorated, air-conditioned restaurant is known for its fish, often made with a regionally inspired twist. Specialties include vegetable flan, braised oxtail, Zamora-style clams, and a delectable hake. Dishes, of course, change with the seasons. Most critics rate this restaurant number one in town, even though the staff, though well meaning, isn't always the most attentive. It lies on the main traffic artery (Av. de Portugal) that funnels traffic south to Salamanca.
