At the northeast edge of the Old Town, about a block south of the busy traffic hub of Plaza Alemania and Avenida de Alfonso IX, this air-conditioned haven with an attractive bar is a relaxing retreat from the sun. The specialties change with the season but might include the seafood soup Serafín, paella, fried hake, Iberian ham, or a savory cocido (stew).
