The "Golden Sword" caters to a clientele that's almost exclusively out, proud, and eager to patronize some of the many nightlife options that ring it within this bustling neighborhood of Zurich's historic Altstadt. Set behind a simple white stucco facade within a century-old building, it maintains a pair of gay nightclubs on its lower floors, and comfortable bedrooms on floors 4, 5, and 6, each accessible by elevator from the street level. Each of the rooms is individually decorated and outfitted in styles that range from the artfully minimalist to several that are a bit more cluttered, in a cozy way, with wooden furniture and original paintings.
