Camping -- Letchworth has camping and cabins set deep in the woods. Unfortunately, the 270 tent and trailer sites are located at the northern end of the park -- far from the falls -- and are open only May to October. A better bet is one of the 82 cabins, which are spread throughout the park. Don't expect anything fancy here -- they're simple and rustic cabins, with bunk beds, fridges, stoves, and (in some) cold-water-only sinks. Rates run $41-$115 a night, with a 2-night minimum with reservation; call tel. 800/456-2267 to reserve.
