Malbork's pièce de résistance is the jaw-dropping Teutonic Knights castle, the biggest brick castle in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The castle will effortlessly convert anyone into a devout fan of knights and Gothic grandeur. Malbork is only an hour's drive from Gdansk, so it works perfectly as a day trip. The main ones are the July's Siege of Malbork (a reenactment of the 1410 Battle of Grünwald) and August's Magic Malbork (an impressive display of acrobatics and fireworks).
