Sports fans of all ages will enjoy taking in nine innings of the Grand Old Game. The Cape Cod Baseball League (tel. 508/432-6909) plays all up and down the Cape, in July and August; games are free and no tickets are required. Players are generally college athletes hoping to be recruited for professional teams; over the years such future MLB stars as Aaron Judge, Jackie Bradley Jr., Dallas Keuchel, and Evan Longoria got their start here. Who knows what stars of the future you’ll see? The three Upper Cape teams in the 10-team league are the Falmouth Commodores (Guv Fuller Field, 790 Main St. in Falmouth); the Bourne Braves (Doran Park, Upper Cape Technical School, Sandwich Road, Bourne); and the Wareham Gatemen (Clem Spillane Field, across the Cape Cod Canal at 54 Marion Rd., off Route 6E in Wareham).
