Prince's Paisley Park to Open Permanently for Tours

Paisley Park, Prince's home and recording complex in Chanhassen, Minnesota, will open permanently for public tours on Friday, following unanimous approval by the city council.

There are two types of tours available: general admission ($38.50) and VIP ($100).

The first lasts 70 minutes and goes through the rock legend's main floor studio, editing suites, rehearsal rooms, sound stage, and private music club.

The 100-minute VIP package adds other rooms and studios, as well as up-close glimpses of valuable items from the Prince archives.

Photos and videos of any kind—including shots taken with cell phones—are strictly prohibited, in keeping with the closely guarded privacy of the musician, who died on April 20 due to an accidental overdose of prescription painkillers.

You can book tour dates through December at the Paisley Park Tours website.
