This homey, family-run ultra-affordable lodging is overseen by the very helpful Anne Edwards. It overlooks an old salt pond and is just steps from the beach (and beach bars) at Sandy Ground. I know guests who have been making this their Anguilla base for years, whether they're staying for a week or a month. Ten rooms are arrayed around a central courtyard, some with garden vistas, others with views of the salt pond. Each of the modest, nicely maintained rooms come with a kitchen, two twins or one king bed, and a living space.
