Serving English-style fish 'n' chips out of an original 1959 red double-decker bus from the streets of London, Shell's gives English expats a taste of home and fish 'n' chips lovers something to cheer about. It's all here: homemade mushy peas, fried gherkins, crisp-battered fish 'n' chips served in paper-lined baskets with lots of napkins to swab the grease. You can dine in Shell's pretty garden or even on the bus. This may be an English reverie, but a quick gulp of the excellent rum punch should zoom you right back to the tropics. The restaurant is directly across from the Sugar Ridge Hotel. Shell's is a good grab and go if you plan a club or casino night, and it also sells rotisserie chicken.
