Restaurants in Aspen
Most restaurants in the Aspen-Snowmass area are open during the ski season (Thanksgiving to early Apr) and summer (mid-June to mid-Sept) seasons. Between seasons, however, some close their doors or limit hours. Call ahead if you're visiting at those times.
Moderate & Inexpensive -- For breakfast and lunch, the homey Main Street Bakery and Cafe, 201 E. Main St. (tel. 970/925-6446), is a local favorite, serving a menu of quiches, omelets, sandwiches, and salads from 7am to 4pm. The pumpkin muffins are absolutely scrumptious.
