This is one of the largest indoor snow resorts in the world and the first snowdome in Australasia. Which means guaranteed snow here 365 days of the year. Snowplanet features three lifts, a terrain park, a separate learners’ area, and a snow tubing park and was fully refurbished in early 2023. It’s fun for Kiwi kids who don’t see much snow, but likely won’t thrill or impress those from northern climates.
