There are no restaurants in Bahareya that I actually recommend. When you get tired of the food at your hotel, try the International Health Center (assuming that you're not already staying there). The two below are strictly eat-at-your-own-risk affairs. Unlike Siwa, which is virtually dry, beer is available in Bahareya.
