Dream World is Bangkok’s biggest theme park, with roller-coasters and fast rides, parades with cartoon characters and lots of teddy bears, train rides around models of the Great Wall of China and the Taj Mahal, water-park slides and a Hollywood action-movie film set. All in all, it’s similar to Siam Park, but oriented towards younger children. There are ice-cream parlors, restaurants and a host of booths around the park. It’s situated outside the city; you should call ahead to organize packages, which include transfers from your hotel, lunch, and all the rides in the price. Otherwise, a taxi is the best alternative.
