This busy diner is what I imagine the backstreets of Hong Kong to have been like in the 1930s, with sizzling woks, skinned geese hanging from the ceiling, and the entire food production on display. I highly recommend the roast duck, dim sum, and bird’s nest soup—all are delicious and wholly authentic.
