Pet yang in Thai means roasted duck— the big reason to head to this institution in Bangrak. The recipe and preparation methods haven’t changed since the shop opened in 1909;  a fourth generation of the original family still runs the place. The ever-so-slightly salty duck comes with a counterbalancing sweet sauce. It’s so tender it practically melts the moment the breast meat hits your tongue, while the skin retains a perfect level of crispiness. Heaven.
