For the best dim sum and authentic Cantonese in town, this branch of an acclaimed Hong Kong chain doesn't have much competition. The classic standards are done incredibly well. Shrimp dumplings are addictive translucent morsels, and small squares of crispy pork belly are sublime. Pan-fried turnip cakes and leaf-wrapped sticky rice are two other standouts. The egg tarts are a tasty mouthful of custard and flaky pastry. Prices are high, admittedly, but then again this is very upscale dim sum. The red and gold décor is stylish and bright, with comfy booth seating and windows all around. The only drawback is the restaurant's location in a bland office building. Weekends are packed, so make sure to call in advance for reservations.
