Situated on a wooden deck that seems to hover over the ocean, this airy seaside restaurant is the main dining room of The Loren, meaning it’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It peaks at Sunday brunch, thanks to a three-course, priced-fix menu of truly imaginative breakfast dishes, like an eggs benedict that comes with baby kale and braised short ribs and the curry tofu scramble with chick peas, braised greens and toasted naan. Meals later in the day also go international, but more broadly so than at other Bermuda venues; a lunch might include Vietnamese-style pork buns and a dinner chimichurri rubbed hanger steak. All will be delish.
