Also known more simply as the "Museo Fernández Blanco," this is a superb collection of Hispanic art dating back to the eighteenth century, religious objects, silverware, and furniture. There's an entire section devoted to images of the Virgin Mary and a unique collection of seventeenth- and eighteenth-century musical instruments. You can contemplate just how "Latino" Argentine culture is, or isn’t. It's inside the Palacio Noel, a neoclassical gem in the heart of the city built around a lovely Spanish garden.
