Perhaps the most famous Argentine grill in the city (and maybe in the world?), the swanky Las Lilas in Puerto Madero is pretty much a sure-thing if your goal is to sample the best of the "best beef in the world," but it doesn’t come cheap. Many locals think it’s a ridiculously over-priced tourist trap, while others think it's close to perfection. Don't miss the grilled provolone cheese as a starter. Then, go for the classic bife de lomo (tenderloin)or bife de chorizo (rib eye). Order grilled veggies or a salad on the side.  The wine list is more like an encyclopedia of Argentine wine. Some say Las Lilas has the best beef in the country, which comes directly from their ranch in the province of Buenos Aires.
