Planning a trip to Cadaques

Three or four buses a day run from Figueres to Cadaqués. The trip takes 1 hour and costs 6.60€.  The service is operated by Moventis (tel. 90-230-20-25). By car from Barcelona, follow the AP-7 northeast until you come to Figueres, then take the N2 and C-260 east to Cadaqués, which lies at the end of a winding mountain road.

The tourist office, Carrer Cotxe, 1 (tel. 97-225-83-15), is open during the summer Monday to Saturday 9am‒9pm, Sunday 10am‒1pm and 5‒8pm. Check website for winter schedule.
