Hotels in Cadiz
Beyond the hotels we give full reviews to on this site there are plenty of good options at the bottom end of the scale. Pension Cadiz, Calle Feduchy, 20 (tel. 95-628-58-01), has simple, clean rooms and shared bathrooms in an old townhouse, a deal at around 40€ a night; Casa Caracol, Calle Suárez de Salazar (tel. 95-626-11-66), is a backpacker classic with colorful dorms, group activities, and prices as low as 20€ a night. VRBO and Booking.com offer a good range of well-located rooms and flats at knockdown rates.
During the February carnival, rooms are booked months in advance, so reserve early. Be aware that at that time hoteliers charge whatever the market will bear.
