Just off Cannes’ premier shopping street, rue d’Antibes, this unassuming little bistro serves up some of the city’s tastiest cuisine. Chef Bruno Gensdarme (who spent almost 20 years working alongside superchef Guy Savoy in Paris) puts his own spin on traditional French dishes, such as Muscadet-infused rabbit terrine, or eggplant millefeuilles drizzled in goat’s cheese cream and olives. Picky eaters beware: Waitstaff will take on any dietary requirements at the start of your meal, but from that point onwards, your taste buds are left to the whims of the chef’s delectable (and surprising!) set menus.
