Campgrounds
At the north end of town, the Sea Ranch R.V. Park & Stables, 415 Fir St. (P.O. Box 214), Cannon Beach, OR 97110 (tel. 503/436-2815; www.cannon-beach.net/searanch), offers sites for RVs and tents. The campground is green and shady and is right across the street from the road to Ecola State Park. Rates range from $30 to $38 per night. There are also some small cabins for rent for $85 to $95 per night. You can also try Wright's for Camping, P.O. Box 213, Cannon Beach, OR 97110 (tel. 503/436-2347; www.wrightsforcamping.com), which is set back in the trees on the inland side of the road at the second Cannon Beach exit off U.S. 101 and charges $26 for campsites. At either of these, you'll need to make reservations at least a month in advance for summer weekends.
