Canyon has a few mom-and-pop motels and a few B&Bs. For reliability and convenience, I like the Best Western Canyon Inn & Suites, 2801 4th Ave. (tel. 800/937-8376 or 806/655-1818), which has an indoor pool and exercise room. Double rates are $87.
