Willcox -- Right across the parking lot from the Willcox Chamber of Commerce (off I-10 at exit 340), you'll find Stout's Cider Mill, 1510 N. Circle I Rd. (tel. 520/384-3696; www.cidermill.com), which makes delicious concoctions with apples. You can get cider, cider floats, "cidersicles," apple cake, and the biggest apple pie in the world. It's open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 1 to 5pm.
