"Portugal for the Little Ones" is a retro themepark built in the 1940s and dear to the heart of generations of Portuguese. Children can feel like Gulliver strolling through this Lilliputian world made up of miniature reconstructions of Portugal's main monuments and traditional homes from around the country. Since it was built in colonial times, there are also Indian temples, Chinese palaces, African villages, surrounded by tropical vegetation. If all that wasn't sufficiently high on the kitsch quota, in 2013, the park got a new addition: a Barbie Museum with over 300 of the diminutive plastic beauties.
