It looks from the outside, on Kongens Nytorv, to be a grand, ancient palace in the French style, but inside, the Magasin is completely modern. You won't find its vibe or price level to be much different than your local Bloomingdale's, and most of the wares are known international brands, although you can find the odd discovery here. Goods are shipped abroad tax-free.
